i like to watch football.
I think hockey is a popular sport in Minnesota because we have a lot of ice.
I agree with Shakelia. It is very cold in Minnesota so it has a lot of ice! Since ice is needed to play hockey I think that is why it is popular there. Also you all are near Canada and hockey there is very important to them!
I like to watch football the most but I have a friend that plays hockey for his school so I love going to watch his team play.
I think that the weather is an important reason why hockey is so popular in Minnesota and why is not as popular here in North Carolina.
I like to watch both football and basketball. They are both pretty fast paced sports that are exciting to watch.
Hockey gives Minnesotans something to do in the winter. This year we had outdoor ice from November until now. My favorite sport to watch is the Minnesota Gopher hockey team. I like watching the Gophers because two of my sons friends play for Minnesota.
Why hockey is popular in Minnesota is because we have ice and we have different kinds of weather too. I do not like to watch any sports.
My favorite sports to watch are football and boxing because I like to do these sports.
I like gymnastics because i am very flexible.. Hockey is very yawning for me.

I agree with Ashley. Since it is very cold in Minnesota, hockey seems to be a popular sport. The weather and location seems to be a big part the reason.
I think the best guess for this question is because of the cold weather. Hockey is usually associated with ice and that's the first thing that popped into my head when I saw this question! :)
I think hockey is popular in Minnesota because it is cold and there is a lot of ice. It is kind of hard to play other sports like soccer and baseball on a bunch of ice.
Joey, who is your favorite football team? Is it the Minnesota Vikings?
I think hockey is popular in Minnesota because of the weather and it seems from the song that people in Minnesota have a special passion for the sport.
Maggie how long have you done gymnastics?
