This is Highland Park Junior High.
We have fun and will tell you why.
We come to school to learn and have fun.
To get to breakfast on time you have to run.
We start reading class at 9:25. You better be there on time.
If we're not on time we can't finish this rhyme.

There are lots of great things to love about ASU. I love the people here, they are so nice. I love the teachers too. We have a great library and a great student union. We also have friendly faces, where most everyone is smiling no matter where or when you meet them. I am very thankful to come to school where everyone is excepted and respected. We care about each other and have special bonds with one another. I love my school and thank God for the opportunity to attend such a marvelous place :)
What i like best in school is gym class. Because it is fun. And we get to do fun stuff like golf.
I don't think there is really anything I don't like about ASU. The campus is so pretty and people are so friendly. I agree that everyone is excepted and respected for being different and an individual. I also love the sports especially Appalachian Football!!
I like all my teachers in school.
I like gym because we play basketball
and run around a lot.
I like reading.
I like most of the classes in school.
I like working hard and my grade are A and B and I like Art class.
I like this school because it has a lot of activities and we get to learn about different people.

I think my favorite thing about ASU would have to be beautiful campus. I am so lucky to get to go to school somewhere like Boone. I also really like the professors that we have. They are so helpful and teach us so many interesting things and care about their students.

I like Highland because you have teachers to help you. But the teachers can be nosy about the girls and boys having boyfriends and girlfriends.
In addition to everyone being accepted, the thing I like best about Appalachian is the relaxed atmosphere. This is a comfortable place to live and learn.
What I like about Highland is my friends.
I like Highland because we can learn and we can have fun.
I like ASU because of all the opportunities here! I am able to meet tons of really cool people, going hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway, relaxing in our amazing library and our Student Union. This school is awesome and I am so glad I choose ASU as my college.
The best thing about Highland is the people--the students and staff.
I like the beautiful mountains and the weather in Boone. I enjoy my classes and my friends.
I like Highland Park because there are a lot of friendly people here, too. We have eight classes in two days.
I love ASU because we have such a beautiful campus and we have great buildings to work in. Our library is awesome! It has 5 floors! And our Student Union has so many great and beautiful places to study and to have good food! There is not much I do not like about my school, other than there are no places to park!
I love so many things about ASU. I think my favorite part is all the people. Everyone is so friendly and when you are on campus you always see someone you know. Another great thing about my school is the library. I love to read and I know I can find anything I need there including videos. The campus is so beautiful as well!

My favorite thing about ASU is the beautiful campus and all the wonderful opportunities I have there! I have met so many nice and friendly people who have become my close friends. I also love our library, it is a great place to study.
My favorite thing about ASU would be the campus and the people. The campus is beautiful and most of the people are very nice. At ASU everyone can be their own person. Another thing I like about ASU is the distance from my house. It is not close enough for my parents to swing by but I can get home in an hour and a half if I need to.
I love everything about ASU. The campus is beautiful, our library is amazing, and everyone is so nice! It is in such a cute little town too. I just love it!
I would have to agree with Joey. I too like to read. The courses here at ASU always assign good books to read as well as we have a HUGE library with tons of books to choose from.
Appalachian State University is a wonderful school and it is hard to choose just one thing that is the best. I absolutely love the weather, the people, and the sports here! The campus is beautiful and I love the size of it! Amazing school to attend!
The main reason I love ASU is that I'm achieving my dreams here. I am excited to be learning things that mean something to me. I would agree that ASU is a very positive laid back campus that is accepting of diversity, and you can't beat living somewhere beautiful!
I LOVE ASU! I have been here for two years and it's wonderful!! I love how small the town is, and the people are SO NICE! Everyone knows everyone, and it's very comfortable. The weather is so beautiful and the outdoor activities are endless! I really love my school and I feel so blessed to be able to attend Appalachian State University!
